What does a fractional CFO do for a construction or manufacturing company?

A fractional CFO gives owners the financial visibility and strategic guidance of an executive-level finance partner — without the full-time cost. At Peak Advisory, that means a clean monthly close, a rolling cash flow forecast, and an advisor who explains your numbers and holds you accountable to your goals every month. Peak Advisory converts your accountant's work into clear business decisions.

The person behind the numbers

Jakob Kirschner grew up in rural Germany, where he learned early that bringing order to a chaotic situation is one of the most useful things a person can do. He built a career doing exactly that — managing financial complexity for industrial companies across Europe — before relocating to Colorado Springs to build something closer to the work he cares about most: helping business owners understand their own numbers.

He is calm when the situation is not. He asks good questions before he gives any answers. And he will not send you a report without telling you what it means.

What it looks like when the numbers finally make sense

"When we first started working with Peak Advisory we were struggling with confidence in making sound financial decisions. Working with you and going through your process has highlighted the value of having a clearer framework in place. I genuinely appreciate your help in bringing clarity and structure to our finances."
